The NEUWI50B is a state-of-the-art medical waste incinerator utilising gasified pyrolysis technology to safely and efficiently dispose of diverse waste streams generated in mid-sized hospital environments. This system is specifically designed for facilities with 100–200 beds, providing a daily burning capacity of 30–50 kg per cycle with 3–6 incineration cycles per day, ensuring continuous waste management without operational bottlenecks.
The incinerator employs a three-stage combustion process—gasification, secondary burning, and drift-along burning—to achieve exceptionally low emissions of dust and dioxins, meeting or exceeding international environmental standards. Its completely enclosed operation minimises the risk of secondary pollution and operator exposure, making it ideal for infectious waste treatment.
